Today we celebrated the day of Kings, in a lunch that brought together the employees of S2AQUAcoLAB. The meal, based on aquaculture raised fish, was entirely prepared by students from the Cooking and Pastry course and served by students from the Bar and Catering course of the Pinheiro e Rosa School, in Faro. A tasty partnership, which resulted in the promotion of farmed fish to budding chefs.
